Leadership Selling™ Base Camps

In the world of mountain climbing, a base camp is essentially a staging area. It’s where climbers spend time preparing for their ascent.

While at base camp, climbers have physical preparations to carry out—making sure they have all their necessary supplies, charting out their route, checking their equipment, and so on. A lot of their preparation is also mental—they need to be ready for their assault on the mountain. They need to imagine themselves following the route they’ve planned. They need to believe that they can make it to the top. Otherwise, setbacks like injury and altitude sickness can threaten their success.

Before each level of Leadership Selling™, your team will participate in a Base Camp training session. These sessions will prepare you for your journey and help you anticipate the challenges ahead.

 

Apex Base Camp

After Apex Base Camp for Sales Representatives is completed, your team will then complete three weeks of follow-up assignments on Creating Urgency in a Non-Urgent Housing Market.

 

Pinnacle and Summit Base Camps

These Base Camps will introduce to you the topics and principles that will be covered in the upcoming level, and give you the preparation and motivation needed for the challenges ahead.
